• Get to know your consultant 
• Express current equipment concerns
• Discuss long and short term goals 
• Start creating the outline to your unique strategic replacement or maintenance plan

Once our goals are aligned, our team will create a customized inventory report, including the following.

• All equipment vendors, makes, models, and serial numbers.
• End of Life (EOL) and End of Service (EOS) dates as stated by the manufacturer
• FDA Classification, Recall, and Warning Reports
• Recommended lifespan based on Industry Standards
• Quantity of emergency service requests needed to date from database reports and/or manufacturer records.

After gathering information on the current state of equipment, our consultants will present areas of concern with pathways forward to remediation.

Suggested short-term solutions may include, but are not limited to...

• FDA Recall Remediation.
• Scheduling emergency and routine maintenance checks.
• Recommending immediate equipment replacement for critical items and overseeing the implementation of said items. 
• Presenting a suggested purchasing plan that would encompass the next 3-5 years to maintain stability.
